I visited this store today to sort out an issue with my spare car key fob which was not ejecting from the key when I pressed the button. The owners were extremely helpful in resolving the issue for me and at a reasonable price. Thank you so much for helping a ‘lady in distress’. Although they were a little difficult to find, it was well worth my perseverance. As they say, good things are hard hard to find. I would certainly use their services again and will certainly recommend them to friends and family alike. I can’t thank them enough for customer service which was second to none.

I had an excellent service by Alex at Auto key specialist. I was given two keys when I bought my secondhand Lexus from a dealer called Sameer from Autogen cars. One key worked. 2nd set of keys did not work at all. Both were actually fake keys. I was very very upset. At Auto key Alex put me at ease and helped me in. Every way he could . As none of the keys really worked properly Alex made me new keys and also gave me NHS discount. I now feel much relieved. A key-cut above the rest! A rare find! I’d been searching for months to find a local, affordable place to replace my electronic car key. Adam was really helpful in sending me a map of where the company was located. He waved me from the street when I couldn’t find where they were situated. And his service was polite, prompt and professional. Impeccable from start to finish- I would certainly recommend. And who knew – I drove minutes past the location every day. Sometimes you can’t see what’s right in front of you!

I highly recommend this company!!! They did their job perfectly!!! I called them, they asked to send a photo of the key, after that they named an acceptable price. When I arrived to them, within 15 minutes the work was done without unnecessary words and questions, they had to change the chip in my key, since it did not work and this did not affect the price!!!
